What is Petit Stay?

Petit Stay connects traveling families with babysitters in Seoul. We focus on evening in-room childcare at hotels and currently operate as a Public Preview.

How are sitters reviewed?

During sitter onboarding, we review submitted ID information, self-declared childcare experience, and any submitted certifications (CPR, first aid, etc.). Background-check guarantees are not made during Public Preview.

What are the available hours?

Our standard hours are 18:00 to 23:00. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

Is there an age limit for children?

We serve children aged 3 to 8.

How does payment work?

Online card payment is not available during Public Preview. We do not collect card details on the site. Final confirmation and payment coordination are communicated manually after request review.

Can I cancel a booking?

During Public Preview, cancellation handling may depend on the final confirmed arrangement. Applicable cancellation details are communicated manually before final confirmation.

Are there services sitters don't provide?

Sitters do not provide overnight care, pool/beach supervision, vehicle transportation, or medication administration.
