Terms of Service

Petit Stay is an online intermediary and request coordination platform. Sitters are independent service providers. Petit Stay is not the employer of sitters and does not directly provide childcare services. Parents review sitter information and send requests. Petit Stay does not one-way assign sitters to parents.

Bookings are initiated as requests through the platform. A sitter's response or acceptance does not by itself create a final confirmed booking. During Public Preview, a booking is finally confirmed only after Petit Stay completes manual request review, confirmation, and payment coordination. Online card payment is not available during Public Preview.

During Public Preview, cancellation and refund handling may depend on the final confirmed arrangement. Applicable cancellation details are communicated manually before final confirmation.

Sitters do not provide the following services: overnight stays, pool and beach supervision, vehicle transportation, or medication administration. The target age range is 3–8 years.

Petit Stay acts as an intermediary platform connecting families with independent sitters. Liability is determined according to applicable law, each party's role, and the confirmed scope of each booking. Insurance details are under review, and individual insurance availability cannot be guaranteed for every booking request during Public Preview. In the event of a complaint or dispute, Petit Stay may help confirm the relevant facts, support communication between the parties, and take reasonable steps necessary for handling the issue. This does not mean Petit Stay becomes the employer of the sitter or the direct provider of childcare services.

Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for account security. Accounts may be restricted if misuse is detected.

Changes to these terms will be announced within the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
